All bids must be submitted in sealed containers bearing on the outside, the Company name of the bidder, their address, and the title "Window Shades." It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to see that his bid is received at the proper time. Any bid received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids will be returned to the bidder unopened. Some carriers do not necessarily meet delivery deadlines in our area. State the brand and model number for any quoted item not already indicated on the bid form, especially if different from the example specified on the bid form.
