Renovation of an educational facility in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A. The Work of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Interior renovation of existing dining hall on an existing 1-story building. No changes to parking requirements, parking is provided in university parking lots close to the building. The scope consists of new finishes, new furniture, new millwork, new lighting, new kitchen equipment as noted, new exhaust hood, roof penetrations, and upgrades to electrical and mechanical as required for new equipment added. A. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Deadline for Submission of Questions is Friday, April 26th, by 5:00 pm. All inquiries shall be submitted in writing to Will Hobart by email to will.hobart@tamucc.edu. All inquiries will result in written responses, via Addendum to this CSP, on April 29th, with copies posted to the TAMUCC purchasing website at online. If a Respondent does not have Internet access, a copy of all written responses may be obtained through the point of contact listed above. The Owner reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all Proposals. Alteration of modification of the Bid Forms shall be cause for rejection of the Proposal. Each Bidder musts deposit with the Proposal, a Bid Security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
