professional services for the River Acres Water Supply Corporation Lead Service Line Replacement project through the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) of the Texas Water Development Board. Scope of Work . The services to be obtained for Engineer require:Experience with the preparation and submittal of a funding application and related documents with the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB), Experience with the preparation and submittal of preliminary and final design plans and specifications for Public Water Systems by an Engineer licensed in the State of Texas, preparation of the request for qualifications packet, construction contract administration and field inspections, and other special services. . The services to be obtained for the Financial Advisor require:Experience with strategic financial planning, Analysis of market conditions, Recommendations for any financing or capital projects or refinancing of current debt, and Preparation of all financing obligations to the TWDB. The Financial Advisor is to be licensed and in good standing as a Financial Advisor. This contract is contingent upon the release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB). Any contract or contracts awarded under this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) are expected to be funded in part by a loan from the TWDB. Neither the State of Texas nor any of its departments, agencies, or employees are or will be a party to this RFQ, or any resulting contract.
