A. The Work of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Interior renovation of existing dining hall on an existing 1-story building. No changes to parking requirements, parking is provided in university parking lots close to the building. The scope consists of new finishes, new furniture, new millwork, new lighting, new kitchen equipment as noted, new exhaust hood, roof penetrations, and upgrades to electrical and mechanical as required for new equipment added. The Owner reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all Proposals. Alteration of modification of the Bid Forms shall be cause for rejection of the Proposal.
