Site work and paving for a civil project in Ephraim, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project includes the installation of the following improvements to Ephraim City's culinary water system: 4,190 feet of 12-inch HDPE pipe, 40 feet of 10-inch HDPE Pipe, 2,650 feet of 10-inch PVC pipe, and 4,420 feet of 8-inch PVC pipe. The project includes furnishing and installing fire hydrants, service laterals, valving, fittings, and tie-in connectionsto the existing system. The work also includes restoration of existing roadway structures, which includes both paving and patching. All required paving shall be completed by October 1, 2024. Substantial completion of all pipelines shall be completed by October 31, 2024. Final completion of the Work shall be completed on or before November 15, 2024. End Date 11/15/2024 The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids. Question Deadline 05/06/2024 Questions received less than two days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
