Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Ephraim, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a 50,000-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Snow College is looking to engage with a contractor to be part of the preconstruction and construction for a new 50,000 square foot Social Science Building. This building will primarily serve the Social and Behavioral Science programs, with classrooms, labs, faculty and student spaces. The existing Home and Family Life Building, along with Greenwood Hall and the Cottages will be demolished as part of this project, and an early bid package for this work has already been part of programming discussions. Target Project Substantial Completion Date: March 31, 2028 Fixed Contract Price Limit$31,000,000.00 Liquidated Damages: $1,000 per day Question Deadline 04/10/2025 at 3:00 PM MT DFCM Project Manager: ajgreenwood@utah.gov 385-522-9196 The State will enter into a CM/GC Contract for all construction services. A copy of this Contract can be found on the DFCM website - construction Management - Standard Documents page. The Contractor is required to provide performance and payment bonds on the AIA Document A312 - 2010 Performance and Payment Bond Forms (or equivalent) in the amount of 100% of the CM/GC Contract Sum and secured from a company that meets the requirements specified in UAR 23-1-1102.
