The City of Highwood is excited to announce an opportunity for private developers to submit proposals for the development of a property near the Metra station in Downtown Highwood. This RFP aims to identify a visionary and experienced developer who can transform this prime location into a vibrant mixed-use development that will enhance the community and contribute to the continued growth of Highwood.
