Site work for a water / sewer project in New Creek, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids are for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performance of work for the New Creek Water Association, Water System Improvements, Contract 5 - Knobley Mt. Orchard Water Line Replacement and US 220 Service Line Replacement. This contract consists of the following major items: 2,400 LF PVC Water Line; 4 Valves w/Valve Boxes; 1,400 LF Service Lines; 46 Meter Assemblies; 2 Fire Hydrants; 1 BlowOff Hydrant Assembly; 400 LF 2" PVC Casing; 3 Connect to Existing Systems; 100 TN of Aggregate for Streets & Driveways; 1,000 CY of Aggregate for Backfill; 15 TN of Asphalt (Base & Wearing); Audio Visual Taping and all other work necessary to complete New Creek Water Association Water Improvement Project incidental to construction of water line as more fully shown in the Plans and Specifications prepared by Rummel, Klepper & Kahl, LLP. Question Deadline 05/09/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
