Central Office Coal City Elementary Independence Middle Projects must be priced separately, and vendor must specify any applicable discounts or deducts given if selected for multiple projects. Neither dating of bid form nor placing in mail by this date will meet requirements. Bid documents must be received on or before the date and time stated. Bidders must comply with all requirements and conditions set forth in the document package. Should any bidder fail to attend, its Bid will be disqualified. After the scheduled closing time of receipt of bids, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days. Pursuant to Chapter 21 Article 11 of the West Virginia Contractor Licensing Act of 1991, all Contractors doing business in West Virginia must be licensed to perform work in the State; the Contractors W.V. License Number must be affixed to all submitted construction bids and fully executed and binding construction Contracts or Agreements. All bidders are required to furnish a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid price if the bid is over $25,000.00. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Bonds in the amount of the contract price if the contract is over $25,000.00.
