**As of May 3,2024 project was awarded but awarded amount is not available.** Project Description West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors ("BOG") located in Morgantown, West Virginia ("WVU" or "University") is initiating this Request for Bids ("RFB") from qualified, experienced, and licensed Contractors to remove the existing exterior steps, including concrete footers and other debris, and install new exterior steps at multiple locations on the West Virginia University Institute of Technology campus, located in Beckley, WV. Cutoff for Questions DATE: April 12, 2024 TIME: 12:00pm Questions MUST be submitted directly on the solicitation website on the Q&A Board. Completion Dates The Contractor shall achieve Substantial and Final Completion of the entire Work as calculated or indicated below. The date of issuance of the West Virginia University's Notice to Proceed and/or Contact shall be used to calculate Substantial and Final Completion. Completion shall be July 26, 2024 Final Completion shall be when project site is de-mobilized and all project documents listed in Close-Out section of the specifications has been sent to the Owner.
