Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Littleton, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project will improve the connectivity and safety of Bowles Avenue west of C470 by installing sidewalks, bike lanes, and restriping the roadway. As part of the South Impact Fee Fund, this project fits between developer improvements to Bowles Avenue and CDOT improvements to the C470 on and off ramp intersections. Jefferson County will be working on a partnership and coordination to build this segment of roadway along with CDOT's planned intersection improvements. Once the preliminary design is complete, a better estimate of costs will be established. Jefferson County's share is anticipated to be about $300,000. CDOT will pay for the C470 ramp intersection improvements and the developers will pay for two sections of improvements on Bowles Ave. This project will fully complete this segment of roadway to provide full connectivity. As of April 7, 2025, this project is included in the Jefferson County Fiscal Year 2025-2029 Five-Year Projects Plan. Further information regarding a design firm and timeline for construction has not yet been established. Funding is allotted for FY 2025 and 2026. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
