Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Volcano, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The scope of work consists of installing underwater concrete below the foundation furthest on the Makai side of Bent 8; installation of Best Management Practices measures; 2 hazardous material countermeasures; and traffic control. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. To be eligible for award, bidders shall possess a valid State of Hawaii General Engineering "A" license prior to the award of contract All Request for Information (RFI) questions and Substitution Requests shall be submitted in HIePRO no later than May 1, 2024, 2:00 p.m., HST. The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any defects in said proposals in the best interest of the public.
