**As of September 17, 2024 This project has been awarded to Islandwide Fencing Inc, with the awarded amount of $3,350.78.** 1. The contractor shall visit the site and verify all existing conditions prior to submitting a bid for this project. Contact Ryan Dixon, Civil Engineer III, (808) 961-8296 to make an appointment or accommodations for a site visit. 2. Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, and labor required to complete the project. 3. Contractor shall remove all damaged fencing posts including concrete footing, fencing hardware, and chain like fence fabric. 4. The contractor shall install new corner and line posts, concrete footing, pipe bracing, end caps, rods, turnbuckles, and top and bottom tension wire. Results of the request for quotations shall be made public only after award. The Depa1tment reserves the right to request additional submissions without revealing price quotations, if necessaiy, to assure adequate and reasonable competition. It is understood and agreed that any services to be provided in accordance with the tenns of th is contract may be terminated immediately, in whole or in part, upon a finding by the County or any cou11 of competent jurisdiction that these services must be provided by public employees pursuant to Civil Service or other law. It is fu1ther understood, that should such a finding be made, the County will not be liable under this contract for any resulting damages, and such a termination will not be considered a breach of this contract.
