The Project includes the following Work: Purchase and installation of 4 permanent natural gas generators at four different Chipola College buildings considered critical facilities. Installation includes wiring, automatic transfer switch (ATS), electrical connections, conduits, concrete pad, and concrete wall enclosures. Generator sizes are as follows: 350KW, 450KW, 750KW, and 500KW. Perform Wind Retrofit activities to three buildings (Workforce Building M, N1, & N2) to mitigate against severe weather impacts by retrofitting the existing roof and replacing all building openings with hurricane impact resistance products.
