Site work for a municipal facility in Chesterfield, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

The work to be performed under the terms of this Specification is to occur on two sites: the sites known as the Rowlett Shaft Closures located at 13001 Epps Falls Road and the New Slope Mine Opening located at 11101 Coalboro Road, Chesterfield County, Virginia. The work consists of the closure of six (6) individual abandoned mine features. The project will include, in part: access road construction, tree removal, filling shafts with riprap, constructing grouted riprap plugs in select shafts, final grading, and re-vegetation of disturbed areas. Project Location: The Project is located at 13001 Epps Falls Road and 11101 Coalboro Road, Chesterfield, Chesterfield County, Virginia.
