The Tunnelton Drainage Project is located in the Town of Tunnelton in southern Preston County. Drainage in the area stems from an unnamed tributary to the south of town that eventually drains northward to another unnamed tributary to Pringle Run, a direct tributary of Cheat River. The work will take place on o County Route 70 (CO 70; Bank/Beaver St), from the Boswell St junction, northward through the CSX railroad overpass, to the WV 26 junction; and, o WV 26 (Gibson St), from approximately 0.03 miles south of the CO 70 junction to approximately 0.04 miles north ofthe CO 59 junction.
