Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, labor and supervision required for the repair of structure(s) at the location(s) as shown on the Contract Drawings and specified herein. The work in this contract includes, but is not limited to; culvert replacement, installation of undermining repairs, reinforced concrete repairs, dowel installation and maintenance and protection of traffic; and all necessary appurtenant work. The structures repairs are located within Doylestown Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania and the work is being performed for Doylestown Township. The successful Contractor must comply with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination as indicated in the Contract Documents and must be PENNDOT pre-qualified. The right is reserved by the Owner at its discretion to reject any or all bids or parts thereof. Proposals may be rejected if they show any omission, alterations of form, addition or deductions not called for, conditional or uninvited alternate bids, or irregularities of any kind. However, the Owner reserves the right to waive any defects or irregularities on proposals Question Deadline 05/08/2024 at 4:30 PM ET The work to be performed under this Contract shall be commenced on a date to be specified in a written order by the Owner or Engineer and shall be fully completed within 120 consecutive calendar days.
