ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE SERVICE CONTRACT for Properties of the BUCKS COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY for the one (1) year term beginning August 1, 2024 and ending July 31, 2025. Bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope and plainly endorsed on the outside specifying "Bid on Electrical Maintenance Service for Properties of the Bucks County Housing Authority" and addressed to the Bucks County Housing Authority, 350 S. Main Street, Suite 205, Doylestown, Pennsylvania, and must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, bid bond or cash in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00). The retention of the Certified Check, Bid Bond or cash will conform with the provisions and specifications in the Contract documents. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening of bids. The Bucks County Housing Authority reserves the right to waive any requirements inserted for the protection of the Authority, if the Authority deems such waiver to be in their best interest and as may be permitted by law.
