Reference Number 0000349424 Job Location: City of Harper Woods The scope of this project involves the following: Pavement striping that includes lane line markings, crosswalks, and stop bars along Harper Avenue and at locations within the vicinity of schools. 1. Pavement striping of all lane markings, crosswalks and stop bars along NB Harper and SB Harper from Kingsville to 8 mile Road, including crosswalks and stop bars on all adjacent side streets (exception of the Vernier intersection as this is MDOT ROW) 2. Crosswalks and stop bars within school zones: Anita at Beaconsfield; Crestland at Woodcrest and Woodland; Littlestone at Arthur; Tyrone at Littlestone, Broadstone, Briarstone, Severn, Prestwick, Newcastle and Bournemouth. 3. As an alternate bid, all striping within the parking lot of Salter Park located off NB Harper, north of Bournemouth Question Deadline 04/25/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % A certified check, or the included Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and a surety company, payable to the City of Harper Woods, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, payment, maintenance and guarantee bonds and insurance certificates. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the receipt of bids. The City of Harper Woods reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in the bidding. The Work will be substantially completed on or before July 26, 2024
