Reference Number 0000360905 This project consists of the removal and replacement of defective sidewalks as directed by the Engineer within areas of the City that are eligible for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding. Question Deadline 08/30/2024 at 3:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No . Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 %. A certified check, or the included Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and a surety company, payable to the City of Harper Woods, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, payment, maintenance and guarantee bonds and insurance certificates. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the receipt of bids. The City of Harper Woods reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in the bidding.
