Reference Number 0000387089 This project involves the construction of a new pocket park within two residential lots located at Roscommon Avenue across from Duprey Avenue. Work will involve the installation of sidewalks, a pavilion, playground equipment, benches, fencing, drainage and other amenities to be included in the park. In addition, improvements to the intersection of Roscommon Avenue and Duprey Avenue are proposed with removal and replacement of sidewalk ramps to ADA compliance and the installation of a median to enhance the pedestrian crossing on Roscommon Avenue. Question Acceptance Deadline 05/23/2025 03:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No A certified check, or the included Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and a surety company, payable to the City of Harper Woods, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the receipt of bids. The City of Harper Woods reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in the bidding. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish A.- 2 satisfactory performance, payment, maintenance and guarantee bonds and insurance certificates.
