Question Deadline 07/31/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No All bids shall be opened publicly at the date and time specified. Each bid shall be recorded together with the name of the bidder. Bids shall be in accordance with the requirements of this notice in order to be deemed "responsive." Bids will be rejected unless made on the forms as included with the bidding documents. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposal, payable to the City of Harper Woods, as security for the acceptance of the contract. A bid bond on the Michigan Standard Form, issued by an approved Surety Company, may be furnished in lieu of a certified check. No bidder may withdraw his proposal within sixty (60) calendar days after the date set for opening thereof. This time frame may be adjusted through material agreement between the Owner and Contractor. The right to accept any bid, to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities in bidding is reserved by the City of Harper Woods. Portions of this Contract may be deleted due to unforeseen circumstances without compensation. Acceptance of any bid does not constitute a binding agreement until a written Contract is signed by both parties.
