Renovation of a residential development in Dryden, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

"The contract was awarded to Thomas Lobdell" This invitation seeks a fixed price quotation for building envelope improvements at the Town of Dryden DPW Office Building. Following completion of the work the town plans to install air source heat pumps to convert the building to all electric heat. The project, which is funded in part by a NYSERDA grant, will serve as an example of how local contractors can participate in New York's programs for energy efficiency improvement and electrification of Dryden's building stock. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No All questions prior to bid opening must be received by 4:00 P.M. on May 22, 2024. Questions shall be directed to Rick Young at the number above or by email to ryoung@dryden.ny.us. The Owner requires that all bids shall comply with the bidding requirements, technical requirements and specifications. The Owner may, at its discretion, waive informalities in bids, but is not obligated to do so, nor does this represent that they will do so. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Under no circumstances will the Owner waive any informality which, by such waiver, would give one Bidder a substantial advantage or benefit not enjoyed by all other Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid before forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof, unless a mistake due to error is claimed by the Bidder
