Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cedar East Bethel, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
MnDOT, in partnership with Anoka County, will be completing a bituminous overlay project on Trunk Highway (TH) 65 from County Road 10 in Spring Lake Park to 217th Avenue in East Bethel. The project will also include replacing the signal system at the intersection of TH 65 and CSAH 32 (85th Avenue) in the Cities of Spring Lake Park and Blaine. Per MnDOT's cost participation policy, Anoka County is responsible for construction costs associated with the 85th Avenue leg, or portion, of the signal (approximately 25% of the intersection improvement costs). The project is scheduled to begin construction in early 2024. Project is included Anoka County FY 2024-2028 CIP. As of September 3, 2024, project is funded for construction in 2024. Project started Spring 2024, end Fall 2024. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
