East Bethel Bioreactor Recommissioning Description: The work of this project includes: The East Bethel Project will bring the Water Reclamation Facility back to its original design intent. Modifications were done for low flow operation that are being reversed now that flow has increased. There will be piping modifications, installation of aeration diffusers, membrane cassettes and installation of new blowers and air piping. There will also be electrical upgrades that include updates to meet NFPA electrical classifications and the addition of a new Automatic Transfer Switch and rewiring of the Motor Control Centers to coordinate with the standby generator.
