Work will kick off soon with renovations at a nearby building to create office and storage space, according to Cleveland Magazine. Dallas-based AECOM is the airport’s master plan consultant, while Fort Worth, Texas-headquartered Paslay Group is providing executive program management services. Construction will start on the main airport in 2025 and will take about a decade to complete, per Cleveland Magazine. ___________________________________ The City of Cleveland ("City"), owner and operator of Cleveland Hopkins International Airport ("CLE") and Burke Lakefront Airport ("BKL") (collectively, "Airports") through its Director of the Department of Port Control ("Director"), invites written Statements of Qualifications ("Statements") from professional firms that have requisite, demonstrable competence and experience, in, and a thorough knowledge of engineering to provide construction management/administration and project closeout services, for the Terminal (RTA) Tunnel Membrane Construction project ("Project") at CLE. Qualified firms either singly or in joint venture or other legal arrangements (collectively, the "Firm" or "Consultant") must have the requisite, demonstrated competence and experience in and a thorough knowledge of the required engineering services. These services must follow Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) criteria, including but not limited to those identified in FAA Advisory Circular (AC) 150/5100-14E Change 1. The Director reserves the right to reject all Statements, or portions of any, or all, Statements, to waive irregularities and technicalities, to re-advertise or to proceed to provide the service otherwise in the best interest of the City. The Director may, at his sole discretion, modify or amend any and all of the provisions herein.
