A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Provide all engineering and design work, including developing approved site plans, cost estimates and multiple construction documents, for the City to issue solicitations for the construction and installation of bus stop improvements. Phase II consists of 245 bus stop improvements. Question submittal due date is May 6, 2024. The City reserves the following rights: to waive clarifications and exceptions in awarding the bid/proposal in the best interest of the City; to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals; to waive any or all irregularities; and to award the contract to the most responsible and responsive Bidder/Offeror whose bid/proposal is determined by the City to be in its best interest.
