S.T.E.M. Lab Renovation at Prospect Village Community Center Please Call Mr. Kenneth Martin, Manager of Procurement and Contracts, at 609 278-5024 to Request a Copy of the Informational Package. The intent of this project is to modify an existing interior space to expand the existing S.T.E.M. Lab within the Community Center at Prospect Village. Generally, the work includes, but is not limited to masonry wall modifications, metal stud wall framing, acoustical ceiling grid modifications, electrical modifications, HVAC modifications, flooring, windows and doors. Question pertaining to this IFB are to be put in writing and emailed to kmartin@tha-nj.org by 10AM on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, no questions will be accepted after this date. Questions will be answered on Wednesday, April 24, 2024.
