As of September 24, 2025, construction is complete. Bids are invited for Roof Replacements & HVAC Upgrades at Lincoln Homes. Bids shall be clearly marked: Response to Invitation for Bids for Roof Replacements & HVAC Upgrades at Lincoln Homes, IFB # PH01LH0524 The Trenton Housing Authority (Authority) will receive sealed bids for Roof Replacements & HVAC Upgrades at Lincoln Homes - IFB # PH01LH0524 in Trenton, NJ as per the technical specifications and drawings outlined in Section III of this Invitation for Bids (IFB). Bidders may submit proposals for some, or all the units being renovated. Generally, the work includes: The removal and replacement of existing EDPM roof and fascia systems from six 2-story multiple townhouse buildings and two 3-story apartment buildings. Also included is the removal and replacement of the roof mounted air-cooled condenser, indoor air handler and associated HVAC controls for 116 of the 118 living units located in the townhome & apartment buildings. Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating the work between all trades. Any prospective bidder who wishes to challenge a bid specification shall file such challenges in writing with the Authority no less than three business days prior to the opening of the bids. Challenges filed after that time shall be considered void and having no impact on the Authority unit or the award of a contract The sites will generally be available for inspection from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, with the Owner, telephone: (609) 278- 5024. A 48-hr. notice is required to arrange a site visit. Appointments for site visits will not be available after Monday, May 13, 2024.
