The work to be performed under this contract shall be to provide the City of Sarasota Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall with Valet Parking Services on an "as needed" basis for a one-year period. Upon mutual agreement by both parties, the contract may be extended for two additional one-year periods at the same price and the same terms and conditions. It is the City's intent to award a contract to one experienced Contractor to provide this service. The selected Contractor shall provide these services on an "as needed" basis 365 days per year, including all holidays as requested by the Van Wezel Staff. See Scope of Work item #14 Payment. All inclusive rate to patron shall be provided here. Q & A deadline: May 03, 2024 7:00:00 AM EDT Contract duration: 1 year
