Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Pegram, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
As of May 29, 2024, project not awarded due to the widespan amounts of the bids, the board did not award the bid until we are able to further research with the companies to see why such a price difference and make sure they have followed the specs. 2024 Repair and Resurfacing of Tennis Courts The Outside of the Bid Envelope Must Include the Bid Title, Bid Opening Date, Name, License Number, Expiration Date and License Classification of the Contractors Applying to Bid for the Prime Contract. Failure of a Bidder to Comply With the Listing Requirement Voids the Bid and the Bid May Not Be Opened. The Mayor and Board of Alderman Reserves the Right to Reject and All Bids and to Waive Formalities. Job consists of repairing and resurfacing tennis courts located in Pegram Park, 482 Thompson Road, Pegram. Current court is 12,840 square feet. Thoroughly cleaning the surface of algae, dirt and debris and strip as much of the loose surface as possible to ensure proper adhesion. Treat and fill existing cracks with appropriate filling material, replacing necessary asphalt for leveling and resurfacing coats. Replacing (removable) net posts. Remove and replace center straps, including anchors. Remove and replacement of (2) nets with center straps. Removal and replacement of section of fence for equipment access. Adjustment of (1) gate to bring them up to the height of the new court surface. Repainting/lining tennis and pickle ball court lines.
