VENDOR will provide lube equipment as well as installation of the equipment per the limited scope provided. Equipment to include the tanks, hose reels and appurtenances required to operate the lubrication system: a. (5) double wall 300-gallon fluid tanks with fill cap and drop tubes b. (5) overfill protection device c. (5) Morrison 518-0100AC spill container (or equivalent) d. (5) Morrison 354-0200AV updraft vent (or equivalent) e. (5) 2" x 8' vent riser f. (5) Emergency tank vent valve g. (5) Vent alarm 00209 (or equivalent) tank fill alarm h. (5) Lincoln 282957 thermal bypass valve (or equivalent) i. (5) Lincoln 2051 lubrication pump (or equivalent) j. (5) Lincoln 600108P air filter (or equivalent) k. (5) Lincoln 82439 low level cutoff (or equivalent) l. (5) air regulators and air pressure gauges for pumps m. (5) 5000W 120V immersion heater n. (5) 1/2 x 2' air supply hose o. (35) 1/2 x 2' fluid hose 2. Necessary equipment to operate pumps and to plumb to storage tanks a. (5) Liquid level gauges b. (5) Interstitial liquid level gauge c. (6) 5 reel mounting brackets with (30) reel mounting plates d. (30) 1/2 x 50' dual arm retractable hose reels with hose, hose stops, inlet hose and swivel e. (30) Lincoln 905 digital dispense meters (or equivalent) Electrical is not provided, this is to be done by others. VENDOR will provide the electric tank heaters as requested, and the City's electrical contractor will provide power to the lubrication room for the heaters. This proposal should include the lubrication tanks, tank appurtenances, electrical immersion heater, hose reels and hose reel appurtenances. The VENDOR will install tanks, tank appurtenances, hose reels and house reel appurtenances after the City's mechanical and electrical contractors have installed all piping and electrical to set point for the VENDOR to connect to. Piping throughout the building is not provided in this proposal. The piping and electrical will be provided throughout the building and will be installed by the City through another vendor.
