Site work for a water / sewer project in Richmond, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This invitation is for water line replacement as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the complete project including all items as indicated throughout the attached event specifications Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. Engineering Estimate for this project: $750,000.00 Liquidated Damages: - $500 per day until Substantial Completion - $500 per day until Final Completion Bid bond of 5% is required and must be submitted with bid. Full payment and performance bonds will be required for awarded Contractor
