Upload completed forms under the "Supplier Attachments" section. ***This project and any resulting contract is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act*** Bid bond of 5% is required and must be submitted with bid. Full payment and performance bonds will be required for awarded Contractor. **Please note if an addendum is issued after you have submitted your bid, you must go back into the system to acknowledge the addendum and resubmit your bid** Project Description and Information: This invitation is for site renovation of the Summit Street sidewalk as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the complete renovation including all items as indicated throughout the attached event specifications. Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. Eastern Kentucky University reserves the right to award in part or in whole and to award multiple suppliers/contracts if in the best interest of the university. PRIMARY COMPLETION DATE October 1, 2024
