Dam Safety, Water Infrastructure & Operations Branch (WIOB), Alberta Agriculture and Irrigation (AGI) require consulting services for a Dam Breach Inundation Study for the St Mary Dam. In general, the DBIS shall comply with the requirements of the: o Scope of Work and timelines as outlined in this TOR; o Water (Ministerial) Regulation (253/2018) - Part 6; o Alberta Canal and Dam Safety Directive 2018; o Alberta Dam Safety Management Plan - Standards Document o Dam Safety best practices, including Canadian Dam Association (CDA) Guidelines and Technical Bulletins. In case there is a conflict in the requirements, the Water (Ministerial) Regulation and Alberta Dam and Canal Safety Directive shall take precedence. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
