Equipment - All Equipment shall be New and Unused The following pump systems shall be installed within the new facility wash bays except for the single unit that will be mobile cart mounted. All electrical and plumbing installation for the pumping equipment will be facilitated according to current contracts with the new Public Service facility. Two pump systems will pull detergent from one of three detergent tanks. Delivery is of the utmost importance, bid award may be made on best delivery schedule. Each of the 6 wash pump units must be mounted on the west wall of the wash bay on stainless steel stands measuring a minimum of 28" wide 48" in length and 42" high. 2. Each of the pumps shall be controlled by a remote panel for power on and off and temperature control hot and cold. The remote panel will have an auto shut-down timer feature also. Each control panel will also control a ST75 Suttner foaming dual lance injectorsystem or equal. 7. Connection from the tankless water heater systems to the pump systems shall be made from 3/4 " NPT connections for both inlet and outlets. B. 1- Alkota Pump Model: 5301S -1-230 or equal 1. This pump shall be a mobile cart mounted unit. 2. The cartshall be sturdy and sized adequately for the pump system. The cart must be equipped with pneumatic wheels for easy mobility. 3. The cartshall possess a control panel for on/off operation. A hose reelshall also be included large enough to hold 100' of high-pressure hose 4. The mobile pump shall have the minimum following specifications: 5gpm @3000psi, belt driven, 8HP high efficiency motor with thermal overload. The motor electrical requirements must be capable of operating on a 230-volt 1 phase 50-amp service. 5. This pump system will only use cold-watersupply. 6. Pump system shall include a 3/4 " inlet. C.
