The Karnes City Independent School District ("KCISD") is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals ("CSPs") to provide construction services for the Security Vestibules Project ("the Project"), as specifically set forth in the CSP package and pursuant to Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter. Location- High school 400 Texas Hwy 123, Karnes City, TX 78118 Primary School, 203 E Mayfield St, Karnes City, TX 78118 Junior High School, 400 Texas Hwy 123, Karnes City, TX 78118 The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Safety & Security upgrades to Entrance Vestibules at three district campuses to include window glazing film, hardening of walls, and installation of new walls and doors at Junior High School. Scope of work to Include: Demolition, Concrete, Decorative Concrete, Doors, Frames, & Hardware, Glass & Glazing, Window Films, Resilient Flooring & Base, Painting, Signage, Electrical, Date & Telecom, and Security & Access Control. Type of Contract: Project will be constructed under a competitive sealed proposal (CSP) contract
