The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals with the intent to enter into a contract through competitive negotiations for the professional services of an Architectural/Engineering firm authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia, with experience in designing flexible, multipurpose academic buildings that are focused on experiential learning. The AE selected will provide the complete design of a new approximate 45,000 ASF/ 60,000 GSF multi-use building with a façade that conveys strength but will also be consistent with the materiality of the campus.
