Site work for a water / sewer project in Springdale, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project includes the replacement of a potable water pump, relocation of a standby generator, installation of electromagnetic flow meters and a control valve, construction of concrete vaults, construction of access road improvements, and installation of automatic transfer switch and electrical pump control improvements. The Springdale Water Utilities encourages participation of small, minority, and woman owned business enterprises in the procurement of goods, services, and construction, as either a general contractor or subcontractor. Each Bidder must deposit with their Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The Springdale Water Utilities reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all Bids. The Work shall be substantially completed within 180 consecutive calendar days after the date of the start of work established by a written Notice to Proceed issued by the Owner to the Contractor. All Work shall be fully complete and ready for final payment in accordance with the General and Supplementary Conditions within 30 consecutive calendar days following an established date of substantial completion.
