Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Amherst, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 5,500-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

As of 8/2/2025, At this time the Dellwood Park Inclusive field and park improvements is not being awarded and the Townis not constructing this project. Work in the General Construction Contract includes, but is not limited to the following 1. Foundations, including footings, foundations and walls. 2. Slab-on-grade, including earthwork, subdrainage systems, and insulation. 3. Below-grade building construction, including excavation, backfill, and thermal and moisture protection. 4. Superstructure, including floor and roof construction. 5. Exterior closure, including walls, doors, windows, and louvers 6. Roofing including coverings, flashings, roofspecialties, and openings. 7. Interior construction, including partitions, doors and fittings. 8. Interior finishes. 9. Furnishing, including casework and window treatments. Upon acceptance of their Bid, if the successful bidder fails to enter into a Contract pursuant to the requirements of the Contract Documents, or fails to give the further security prescribed in this Notice, with the same time limited therein, then the check/bond deposited as aforesaid and the monies standing to the credit of the same, shall be forfeited to the Town as liquidated damages, or the payment of the bond enforced for the benefit of the Town. The Town of Amherst reserves the right to waive informalities in or to reject any and all bids. Proposals shall be made and received upon the following conditions.
