Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Black Diamond, Alberta. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The main items of Work of this Contract include the following: Installation of 400m 250mm diameter waterline across the Sheep River by directional drilling methods. Connection of 250mm Waterline to existing Chlorination building and construction of new lean to structure. Replacement of 150mm PRV Valve. TIMELINE: Tender from general contractors issued in 2024 was subsequently cancelled by the owner. The project is on hold at this time, however, it's expected to be re-tendered in the first half of 2026, pending grant funding approval.
