Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Black Diamond, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Town of Diamond Valley is requesting Proposal documents to procure a Design-Build Contractor, complete with their selected Consultant Team for the design and construction of a PV solar system installed on the roof of the Sheep River Library (129 Main St. NW, Diamond Valley, AB) and Scott Seaman Outdoor Sports Rink (611 3st SW in Diamond Valley, AB) that will offset the energy usage of the buildings. The Contractor and Design team will provide the following services: Electrical and Structural Engineering Construction Documents meeting the program requirements of the Town of Diamond Valley Building and Electrical Permitting Application and Requirements Construction Project Close-Out Question Deadline: Mon Oct 7, 2024 4:00:00 PM (MDT) Documents can be obtained from https://mpe.bidsandtenders.ca/
