Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a fire / police facility in Greece, New York. Completed plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Bids will be received on a Lump Sum basis for the following Contracts: Contract A: General Trades Contract B: Mechanical Contract C: Electrical Contract D: Plumbing and Fire Protection Bidders will be responsible for paying prevailing wages throughout the course of each project.
