Site work for a water / sewer project in Greece, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Install approximately 10,540 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main, 65 linear feet of 6-inch ductile iron water main and appurtenances along East Manitou Road and within easements in the Town of Greece. Pursuant to Article 6 of the General Conditions, the successful Bidder, before executing the Contract, shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond ("Payment Bond") to the satisfaction of the Authority, both in the sum of the full amount of the Contract, to insure the faithful performance of the Work. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. Document Note: The Operations Center is currently closed to the public. The Bidding Documents can be picked up at the Operations Center by making arrangements with Ms. Joy or Mr. Doerr. Question Deadline 07/17/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Owner in writing.
