Provide professional Professional Land Surveying Services on an indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity contract for The University of Texas at Arlington. Respondent's that obtain this RFQ other than directly from the University are responsible for checking this website for any updates, addenda, etc. Responsent's who obtain this RFQ from this website should email their contact information to the contact person. Failure to submit the required HSP will result in the automatic disqualification of the Bid. Professional Land Surveyor services will be provided on an "as needed" when called for basis (IDIQ Contract) for numerous separate task orders for minor projects requiring Professional Land Surveying Services. The University reserves the right to contract with one or more firms that respond to this RFQ and are highly evaluated. Professional surveyor services are anticipated representing a wide variety of projects. Specific projects are likely to be identified with scopes that are predominately: 1) Topographic, Boundary, and Route Surveys 2) Update and Maintain existing Campus Monument Location System, 3) Easements; 4) Right of Way Use Agreements; 5) Platting; 6) Drainage Corrections and Redesign; 7) Utility Evaluations/Mapping/Locations/Relocations/Renovations/Renewals, 8) Parking Lot Design/Layout/Renovation. Owner does not warrant or represent that any or all of such potential work will actually be requested to be performed, or that Surveyor will be entitled to perform any particular volume or amount of services. If service requested includes incidental Professional Surveying services, Surveyor may self-perform services if firm is also a Registered Professional Surveying firm, or may subcontract Surveying services, or negotiate with University to assign Surveying firm to perform service. Surveying Firms must be registered with the Texas Board of Professional Surveying to provide Surveying services to the public.
