Rehabilitation of approximately 30 L.F. of 15-inch, 580 L.F of 18-inch, 950 L.F. of 24-inch, 440 L.F. of 27-inch, 1250 L.F. of 30-inch, 1,310 L.F. of 33-inch, 2,260 L.F. of 36-inch, 80 L.F. of 39-inch, 1,120 L.F. of 42-inch, 700 L.F. of 48-inch, 1,240 L.F. of 54-inch, and 3,420 L.F. of 60-inch sanitary sewer pipeline segments with cured-in-place pipe (CIPP). Significant bypass pumping and/or flow diversion management will be required for portions of the project. The Work will take place in Adams , Wheat Ridge, Arvada, and Denver. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Metro Water Recovery reserves the right to reject all Bids, to waive informalities, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional Bids and to accept the Bid which in its judgment best serves the interests of Metro Water Recovery.
