The work performed by the Contractor shall result in a high level of cleanliness in various locations throughout the landside areas of Denver International Airport (DEN). Fee structure has been established to reflect the on-call /as needed basis. Bidders will have the opportunity to provide their hourly rates for DAYS, NIGHTS, and WEEKENDS. The driving need for this project will satisfy the cleanliness issues pertaining to the land side structures and other areas of the DEN campus.
