The City of Dawson Creek (City) invites qualified suppliers to submit a bid for RFQ 2024-15 Heating and Cooling Unit Replacement and Improvements at the City owned facility known as the Calvin Kruk Centre (CKC). The building consists of three (3) floors and the current system is provided by three (3) Mitsubishi, Heat Recovery Water-Source, Variable Refrigeration Flow (W-VRF) Systems, each comprised of two condensing units for a total of six (6). The CKC is located in the heart of downtown Dawson Creek and is a hub of community activities offering programs for all ages including childcare, art programs ranging from dance to theatre, is host to a number of events and home to a variety of historical local archives.
