This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation from the City of Dawson Creek (City) to prospective proponents to submit a proposal for RFP 2024-23 City of Dawson Creek Airport Fuel Station Replacement project. The City is looking to source the purchase and installation of a new self-service fuel station and upgrade to the SiteMinder QT POD M4000 or equivalent, with minimal interruption to its operations. The airport provides vital services and facilities for Air Ambulance Flights averaging 300 to 350 Medevacs a year. In 2023, the Citys played a critical role to assist BC Wildfire Service acting both as a staging area for crews and an essential refuelling station for aircraft assisting with fire suppression operations to protect the region from wildfire.
