Northern Health is seeking proposals from Proponents for the provision of housing and housing related services in Dawson Creek, British Columbia. The maximum annual budget will correspond to the market rate in the community for the provision of housing and housing-related services. The desired start date for occupancy is November 01, 2024, though a later start date may be negotiated. The initial term of the Residential Tenancy Agreement will be month-to-month basis or one year with the option to renew for an indefinite period. Housing Unit Requirements o minimum 3 bedrooms o minimum 2:1 bedroom to bathroom ratio The successful Proponent will provide housing and housing related services including: o household furnishings and general provisions as defined by Northern Health o includes all essential items (e.g., linens, towels, cleaning tools, etc.) in bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen o seasonal grounds-keeping (including snow removal) o wireless internet o include all utilities o include basic cable or media-based entertainment o keypad entry to front door o routine maintenance or regular inspection of the housing o bedroom doors with locks with keys o bathroom door locks o functioning smoke alarms o ABC Class fire extinguisher installed in a prominent location o parking o laundry and other major appliances o nearby or within walking distance to Dawson Creek & District Hospital
